All of our Valiroma products are shipped and handmade from the United Kingdom. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use EVRI UK and EVRI Int for both internal and external shipments from the UK.

CUSTOMS

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped international could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility as the customer.  Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.  

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

 

RETURNS

I do not offer any returns at the moment, unless there is something wrong with your product. This is because each bag is handmade to order. Before dispatch each item is quality checked throughout the making process.
